We are hiring an **HR Technology Intern** to support the administration and optimization of our HR systems, assist in data management and reporting, automate HR processes, and contribute to the implementation of new system functionalities. This role will collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure data accuracy, improve system efficiency, and enhance overall HR technology operations in Mexico.**What You Will Be Doing**:- Generating reports for regional partners.- Providing support for HRIS system users.- Exploring new ways to improve and automate processes.- Creating and enhancing dashboards for HR partners.- Assisting in data management and ensuring data accuracy.- Documenting processes and system updates to improve efficiency.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance HR technology solutions.**Who You Are**:**Required Skills and Competencies**- Currently pursuing a degree in IT (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Databases), Business or related.- To graduate at least in December 2025 or later.- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.- English proficiency at B2-C1 level.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Basic knowledge of SQL.**Preferred Skills and Competencies**- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).- Quick learner of technology systems- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills- You think out of the box and innovation is your drive.
