Es una empresa líder en soluciones tecnológicas, especializada en Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Windows Azure, Microsoft SQL Service, Office 365 y T24.Estamos en la búsqueda de un Service Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo en Qro.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Administración de Empresas o campos relacionados.- Certificaciones relevantes: ITIL, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, PMP (deseable).- Experiência mínima de 5 años en gestión de servicios de TI o consultoría.- Conocimiento en metodologías ITIL (certificación deseable).- Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión de servicios (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).- Experiência en entornos de tecnología Microsoft (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).Disponibilidad de trabajar 100% en presencial en QroHorario de lunes a viernes de 9:00am a 7:00pm**Responsabilidades del puesto**:- Asegurar el cumplimiento de SLA y KPI definidos con los clientes.- Supervisar la operación de los equipos técnicos asignados a proyectos o servicios.- Gestionar la relación con clientes para entender sus necesidades y resolver problemas de servicio.- Coordinar la ejecución de mejoras continuas en los procesos de entrega de servicios.Realizar reportes periódicos sobre el desempeño del servicio, análisis y propuestas de mejora.**Habilidades Blandas**:- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.- Capacidad de liderazgo y toma de decisiones.- Orientación al cliente y habilidad para resolver problemas.- Gestión eficiente del tiempo y priorización de tareas.**Prestaciones y beneficios adicionales**Sueldo competitivo.Prestaciones de ley y superiores.Oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional.Ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y motivador.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vidaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
