We are in search of top students who have the attitude and aptitude to take their classroom learning into the real world. **Team Venti** is one of the leading Microsoft cloud partners in the Americas and we have an opening for a **Microsoft Unified Communications Intern.** **Team Venti interns** participate in an accelerated six-month mentorship program that allows them to experience professional life via working on our Unified communications team the tasks assigned are critical to our clients´ success.**Who we are**:We are located in Austin, Texas, with an international presence in countries such as Canada, Mexico, USA among others, helping our clients achieve successful business outcomes through the smart implementation and support of Microsoft Cloud offerings.**On a day-to-day basis you will be**:- Implementing our call analytics and voice solutions through Microsoft Teams- Participating in the onboarding process for new customers- Testing and creating new products and services for customers- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer success before and after sales.- Handling ticket requests.Working hours: office hours **Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).**This is a full-time paid internship with flexible working hours.Being able to work in a quiet space with access to a computer and headset in good working conditions.**Qualifications and competences**:- College degree already attained or students graduating within the next 12 months.- Strong English verbal and written communication skills- Self-managed- Possesses strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills- Passion for learningThe position is mainly to learn about telephony services and other apps through Microsoft Teams, like Call Analytics, Contact Center, SMS; but also learn about Microsoft 365 cloud services.No experience is required but would be nice to have any experience with cloud technologies or technical support.**We offer**:- Net monthly salary (Scholarship) of 8,000 MXN- Participation in the company sales referral program- Full remote work from home.
