You will be responsible for analyzing customer accounts, responding to customer requests, and performing reconciliations. Your insights will help drive improvements in our collections process and enhance overall customer satisfaction.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to address billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries.
