Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Jr Continuous Improvement Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager the Jr Continuous Improvement Engineer role involves being in charge of continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and Six Sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion.What a typical day looks like:- Work as a change agent and drive lean and Six Sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3.- In charge of eliminating waste and creating value by reducing process variation to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment.- Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions, and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.- Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs.- Identity, Drive, and Yokoten Best practices based on Kaizen projects on the accord timelines.- Conduct Industrial Engineering Lean and Six Sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture throughout the organization by guiding and facilitating continuous improvement of Lean Deployment.- Assess continuous improvement maturity tracker (CIMT) operation/supply chain/office and drive initiatives to close gaps.- Agile participates in the selection and execution of lean and Six Sigma projects.- Transformation (continuous workshop in 90 days). Facilitate continuous improvement Transformation activities through Kaizen, workshops, and Small Group Activities.- Comprehend and use the Center Point portal as a depository to enable data research and cost-saving effectiveness.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Fluent English.- Intermediate Excel.- Jr experience in similar positions ex. industrial engineer, continuous improvement of a field.- Demonstrates functional, and technical skills as well as customer service attitude (external and internal).- Must be able to guide direct projects and business initiatives.- Previous experience in using Lean Tools for Automation Projects is also a plus.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceKJ12Job CategoryOperational Excellence**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
