Location: Guadalajara SSC, MexicoReports to: Manager, Operating ExcellenceJust graduated? Do you have strong Power BI knowledge and want to start growing your career in an international company? This role is for youThe Assistant, Continuous Improvement will be responsible for aiding the CI (Continuous Improvement) team with data visualization projects/tasks, data modelling, and general CI support for the Shared Services Centers (SSC) offices.Core Responsibilities:- Develop, coordinate, and mentor Power BI projects- Support validation of process Desktop Procedures (DTPs) for the different departments for the three GSS (Tulsa, Guadalajara, and Kuala Lumpur).- Uploading the Desktop procedures in Intelex for the three GSSs.- Utilizing the following methodologies where appropriate: Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, Effective Communication, 5S- Commitment to support and participate in our strong Safety culture of zero injuries and illnesses.- Perform other work as assigned by management- Requirements:_- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering and recently graduated- Strong knowledge of Power BI. Power Automate and Power Apps knowledge are a plus- Advanced English level- Verbal and written technical communication skills to write technical reports and present information to different stakeholders- Planning and time management skills- Demonstrate digital awareness and analytics understanding- Behaviors and attributes:_- Analytical and continuous improvement mindset- Resourcefulness and able to obtain information from different stakeholders without formal authority- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team spirit- Adaptability and disposition to change and take different responsibilitiesCompany Background:Ingredion is a Fortune 500 public company, provider of ingredient solutions that helps nourish, comfort, sustain, and delight people around the world.
