Become a MANIAK**Work Environment**Our office is located near from UVM Campus & the Akron Stadium, is made up of 50 members in administrative staff, developers, designers and managers.We like keeping things casual that is why we often have bbq´s & beers in our own front yard or go to the “alitas” every now and then after work. We support the feedback and strengthen the opportunity areas of each one for their professional and personal growth.Maniak is committed to a culture that embraces diversity and inclusion.**Responsibilities**- Create thoughtful and appropriate solutions to design challenges of all sizes as you do user research, wireframes and prototypes in order to build beautiful and engaging user interfaces according to user needs, business requirements and technical constraints.- Translate wireframes and experiences into highly-polished visual composites with a user-centered design methodology.- Build browser-tested user interfaces using HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.- Work in one of our multidisciplinary product teams and collaborate team members in an iterative, transparent and feedback driven process.- Work directly with engineers to ensure design is properly applied to our products.**Ideal Skills**- A minimum of 1 year experience designing and building interfaces for mobile apps, CMS and web apps.- Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator.- Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)- A passion for detail and a care for great usability and aesthetics.- Demonstrated ability creating deliverables in the visual design and building stages.- Experience with cross-device and responsive design techniques.- Familiarity with web trends and best practices for UX design.- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.**Extras**- Experience with InVision App**Benefits**:- 21 paid vacation days since day 1- Christmas bonus (15 days)- Vacation bonus (50% of daily salary)- 5% savings fund paid yearly- $ 1,000.00 MXN in monthly food credit- Medical Insurance- Life insurance- Working hours from Monday to Friday- Work equipment provided by the company- Stability, development and professional growth- Full remote / possibility to go to the office- Day off for your birthday- 1 Global Summit a year- International Travel Program- Elegible for Profit based Bonus after a year with the company- New hire referral bonusAre you ready to make a difference?We don’t discriminate by race, color, something elseTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Bebidas gratis- Caja de ahorro- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de vida- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones superiores a las de ley- Vales de despensaHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPago complementario:- Bono de productividadPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Monterrey, N.
