We are seeking a **Lead Finance Integration Specialist**to join our team.In this role, you will oversee and manage finance integration efforts for new business deals, mergers, acquisitions, and other agreements requiring operational support within EPAM’s Finance framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth integration process, driving compliance and operational excellence across all areas of the CFO organization.**Responsibilities**- Lead program and project management efforts for Finance integration activities related to mergers, acquisitions, deals, or other transition service agreements across all areas of the CFO organization, including Controller’s Group, Shared Service Centers, FP&A, Treasury, Audit, and Procurement- Coordinate integration plans submitted by Finance functions, working closely with Finance and cross-functional SMEs to establish communication channels, manage information exchange, and resolve dependencies or issues- Collaborate with pre-Close deal teams and Controllers to gather insights about the business being integrated, including due diligence findings, timelines, and business expectations, and relay this information to Finance functional leads and SMEs- Provide status updates to the Head of Finance Integrations, the Corporate Development group’s Integration Management Office (IMO), and cross-functional teams such as Operations, IT, People, and Legal- Assist Controllers in addressing resourcing needs, setting expectations, and communicating with personnel from acquired entities- Partner with Controllers and Finance leaders to manage risks during integration, including identifying, escalating, and mitigating potential issues- Contribute to the enhancement of Finance integration frameworks and processes to drive continuous improvement- Gain a comprehensive understanding of various areas within the CFO organization to address interdependencies between Finance groups and other corporate functions- Identify key Finance and non-Finance stakeholders and provide clear explanations of Finance processes to ensure alignment- Work with SMEs to analyze acquired entities’ legacy processes, systems, and controls, and create migration plans to align with EPAM’s processes, systems, and controls- Provide professional guidance to ensure an efficient transition of acquired businesses into EPAM’s ecosystem, maintaining compliance with public company standards and requirements- Support ongoing process improvements, additional enhancement initiatives, and ad hoc requests**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting- 5+ years of experience in relevant Finance roles- At least 1 year of experience leading and managing development or project teams- Experience in Corporate Finance or related support functions with a strong understanding of finance processes, business operations, and general corporate functions- Expertise in Finance program or project management with experience in risk management and cross-functional planning- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of management, including C-level executives, senior leadership, and Finance personnel from acquired businesses- Ability to drive progress, resolve issues, and operate effectively in a matrixed environment while collaborating with 12+ Finance and non-Finance teams simultaneously- Familiarity with change management techniques in high-growth, global organizations- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and address issues and create actionable solutions- Knowledge of accounting principles, particularly US GAAP, and other Finance domains such as controlling and reporting- Ability to learn and understand the infrastructure of Finance functions, including people, processes, systems, and controls, to identify and address functional and cross-functional dependencies- Experience in process management, improvement, and optimization techniques- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher**We offer**- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions- International Mobility Plan within 25 countries- Constant training, mentoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- English classes with a certified teacher- Support for employee’s initiatives (Algorithms club, toastmasters, agile club and more)- Enjoyable working environment (Gaming room, napping area, amenities, events, sport teams and more)- Flexible work schedule and dress code- Collaborate in a multicultural environment and share best practices from around the globe- Hired directly by EPAM & 100% under payroll- Law benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 25% vacation bonus)- Major medical expenses insurance: Life, Major medical expenses with dental & visual coverage (for the employee and direct family members)- 13 % employee savings fund, capped to the law li
