We are seeking an experienced **Lead Finance Integration Expert**to join our team and play a critical role in driving the success of EPAM’s M&A integrations and pre-integration transition service agreements.As part of the Finance Integration & Process Excellence function, you will collaborate with teams across the CFO organization and various cross-functional groups (Integration Management Office, Legal, Operations, IT, People/HR, etc.) to lead Finance integration efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take on a new challenge and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.**Responsibilities**- Manage Finance integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, and transition service agreements across all CFO functional areas including Controllers, Shared Service Centers, FP&A, Treasury, Audit, Procurement, and others- Provide regular status updates to the Head of Finance Integrations, Corporate Development’s Integration Management Office, and cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, People, and Legal- Assist Controllers in resolving resource challenges, managing expectations, and ensuring effective communication with personnel from acquired entities- Collaborate with Controllers and Finance leaders to identify, escalate, and mitigate risks during the execution of integration plans- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Finance integration frameworks and processes- Gain a deep understanding of CFO organization areas to address cross-functional dependencies and bridge gaps between Finance and other corporate functions- Identify key stakeholders across Finance and non-Finance teams, providing guidance on Finance processes and fostering stakeholder understanding- Ensure the smooth transition of acquired businesses into EPAM’s ecosystem while adhering to public company compliance standards- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and respond to ad hoc requests**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field- At least 5 years of experience in Finance-related roles- Minimum of 1 year of experience in leadership or team management- Background in Corporate Finance or related support functions with a strong understanding of finance processes, business operations, and organizational dynamics- Experience managing Finance programs or projects, including risk management and cross-functional planning- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with senior executives, VP-level leaders, and Finance personnel from acquired entities- Proven ability to drive progress and resolve issues in a matrixed environment while managing multiple teams across Finance and non-Finance functions- Familiarity with change management techniques in fast-paced, global organizations- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify priorities, communicate issues, and execute action plans for resolution- Knowledge of accounting principles, particularly US GAAP, and other Finance domains such as controlling- Ability to quickly learn and understand the infrastructure, processes, systems, and controls of other Finance functions to identify dependencies and cross-functional impacts- Understanding of process management, improvement, and optimization strategies- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher**Nice to have****We offer**- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions- International Mobility Plan within 25 countries- Constant training, mentoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- English classes with a certified teacher- Support for employee’s initiatives (Algorithms club, toastmasters, agile club and more)- Enjoyable working environment (Gaming room, napping area, amenities, events, sport teams and more)- Flexible work schedule and dress code- Collaborate in a multicultural environment and share best practices from around the globe- Hired directly by EPAM & 100% under payroll- Law benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 25% vacation bonus)- Major medical expenses insurance: Life, Major medical expenses with dental & visual coverage (for the employee and direct family members)- 13 % employee savings fund, capped to the law limit- Grocery coupons- 30 days December bonus- Employee Stock Purchase Plan- 12 vacations days plus 4 floating days- Official Mexican holidays, plus 5 extra holidays (Maundry Thursday and Friday, November 2nd, December 24th & 31st)- Monthly non-taxable amount for the electricity and internet billsEPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
