Founded in 2017, REPS & Co. is a leader in the entertainment industry specializing in ticketing for live events. We provide tickets to many events and shows across the world including music, sports and theatrical performances. We pride ourselves in finding effective solutions in an ever changing landscape to support the interests of our internal and external clients. Our focus on data and our core values are what allows us to scale and set ourselves apart from others.Analysts are the revenue drivers of this company. The role of the analyst is a full-time, remote role dedicated to researching and investing in tickets. The role has two main functions:- The development, implementation, and execution of purchasing tickets for the company.- Collaborating with our pricing team to closely manage the selling of our inventoryWhile there are only two main functions, the scope of this work is vast and constantly changing. Due to this fact, innovation has been a vital part of our tremendous growth. REPs and the analyst team prides itself on its ability to innovate as the market moves quickly and opportunities seldom present themselves for long periods of time. There are three key ways innovation is thought about on this team:- Innovation from Within: Creative solutions come from anyone. We foster an open, cross-functional environment where everyone is encouraged to give feedback on current company operations and practices.- Innovation from Technology: Automation generates revenue. We invest in creative driven employees who are willing to tackle current technological limitations.- Innovation from Experience: Learn from doing. We strive to incorporate past experiences to solve current problems.This position allows you to grow with a strong company while using your skill set to create solutions for business problems. People hired for the analyst role will have the ability to learn the ins and outs of the ticketing industry and will gain valuable skills in a fast-paced, fun, collaborative environment.- Purchasing high volume tickets in the entertainment industry that meet very specific qualifications- Conducting research and aggregating all relevant data to devise investment strategies- Growing total gross margin dollars by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values and margin rates- Presenting pricing analysis with insights, trends, and suggestions for our pricing team- Assisting R&D efforts of the development team with market views and feedback- Performing other duties as assigned**Qualifications**:- Analytical proficiencies to derive insights from large and complex sets of business data- Strong personal interest in stock market and gaming- Technologically savvy - capable of working quickly on a computer with limited mistakes- A hands-on mentality, capable of executing under pressure- Ability to defend pricing process or guidance against strong arguments**#RemoteWork****Available to Work Pacific Time Zone****#Li-Remote
