Overview:
IDC's Latin America Enterprise Tracker group is looking for an **Associate Analyst, D&A Intern** with superior analytical, communication and data management skills to be part of our team tracking the regional enterprise hardware marketplace. Responsibilities include review and analysis of large sets of databases of the technologies markets across Latin America.

This is a hybrid role, requiring time onsite at our Mexico City office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analysis of large sets of databases of the technologies markets across Latin America.
- Model data to reflect the future trends of countries & industries spending in our Region.
- Review data and collaborate with other teams in Latin America and Worldwide to ensure data is error free.
- Desktop research of variables that affect technologies markets across Latin America.
- Understand new developments of technologies to predict trends of spending.
- Master internal IDC database to summarize & transform data to produce tables, charts and graphs. (Visualization Area and Demand Side Projects)

Qualifications:

- A highly organized and proactive person.
- Economics / Actuarial /Marketing Sciences background / IT / Systems Engineering
- Basic skills in Excel are needed
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment providing ideas and open feedback.
- Interest in learning about the IT industry
- Python skills is a plus
