Sobre el rol

Únete a nuestro equipo Buscamos Financial Planning & Reporting director reportando directamente al CEO (Founder). Se trata de un rol fundamental en el crecimiento y desarrollo del negocio. Dentro de sus principales responsabilidades se encuentran: la planificación financiera y el reporting de la empresa, armado de escenarios y proyecciones para la definición de objetivos internos y presentaciones a stakeholders, coordinación del proceso y equipo administrativo/contable durante los cierres mensuales/anuales, y seguimiento de los main KPIs de la compañía. Se trata de un rol crítico que garantiza la entrega de valor agregado por parte del área transformándola en un aliado fundamental del negocio.

Principales Responsabilidades

Planning:

  • Armado de escenarios y presupuestos definiendo objetivos de corto, mediano y largo plazo. Coordinación con los distintos equipos involucrados y presentación.
  • Dar visibilidad del Estado de Resultado y Cash flow al Management team.
  • Detectar señales y anticiparse generando discusiones de negocio con valor agregado.

Reporting:

  • Coordinación de las áreas administrativas y contables garantizando la integridad del reporting según normas vigentes.
  • Diseñar y garantizar una correcta asignación para generar reportes a tiempo y de calidad al management team para la eficiente y ágil toma de decisiones.
  • Análisis de variaciones contra objetivos y presupuestos.

Cash Management: Organizar los cobros y pagos. Realizar una previsión de flujo de caja que permita anticiparse a los requerimientos necesarios con el fin de garantizar un manejo eficiente de los negocios.

Contabilidad General: Brindar soporte para diferentes procesos contables como conciliaciones bancarias, reportes y balances, así como también brindar soporte en la preparación de los estados financieros y presentaciones fiscales de la compañía.

  • Basado en Ciudad de Mexico

Aptitudes, conocimientos y experiencia requerida

  • Estudios avanzados o graduado/a en Administración, Contador Público, Economía, o carreras afines.
  • Nivel avanzado en herramientas: Google Sheets o Excel y PowerPoint. Manejo de Power BI es un plus.
  • Se valora conocimientos en softwares contables (Alegra, Quickbooks, Xubio, Colpy y/o similares)
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio.
  • Se valora experiencia en posiciones similares (Financial Planning and Reporting)
  • Compromiso y responsabilidad, organización y planificación.
  • Persona proactiva con capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y solución de problemas.
  • Comunicación efectiva y capacidad de trabajar en equipo en un ambiente diverso, flexible, dinámico, desafiante y colaborativo.
