What we look for:

The Operations Director of BTL & Experience plays a crucial role in optimizing operational efficiencies and ensuring the flawless execution of innovative marketing strategies within direct marketing and event environments.

This position is key to ensuring that each campaign is strategically aligned with client objectives and executed with precision to maximize impact, efficiency, and ROI.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust operational strategies that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

• Process Optimization: Streamline operational processes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, ensuring project success and long-term partnerships.

• Client Interaction: Lead the development of effective presentations for clients, interpret their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with delivered projects, incorporating changes recommended by clients into the final proposals.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and financial plans for client projects and overall agency operations.

• Performance Metrics Implementation: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational success.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in operational strategies and project execution, developing contingency plans to mitigate impacts.

• Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation within the agency by adopting advanced technologies and processes.

• Creative Proposal Supervision: Oversee the development of creative proposals, ensuring they align with client objectives and are poised for high impact.

• Event Production Supervision: Supervise the setup, operation, and breakdown of events, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly.

• Third-party Operator Management: Search, manage, and optimize relationships with third-party operators to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Procurement Process Management: Manage the purchasing process, seeking the best suppliers for each product and service required for operations.

• Understanding Costumer Environment: Conduct research using INEGI, Google Maps, and field visits to identify demographic variables and information about nearby road infrastructure, nearby shopping centers, and main businesses with high traffic that allow us to construct proposals that can perform better in each of the proposed scenarios.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields. A Master's degree or specialized training in project management or operations is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in operational leadership within a BTL agency or similar environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is essential for client communication and presentations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of modern operational tools, software, and methodologies.

  • Variable monthly salary based on the following scales:
  • 3.5% of monthly invoiced projects with a value of less than $599,999 MXP
  • 3.0% of monthly invoiced projects between $600,000 to $999,999 MXP
  • 2.5% of monthly invoiced projects between $1,000,000 to $1,699,999 MXP
  • 2.0 % of monthly invoiced projects between $1,700,000 to $2,799,999MXP
  • 1.5% of monthly invoiced projects between $2,800,000 to $4,599,999MXP
  • 1.0 % of monthly invoiced projects between $4,600,000 to $7,499,999MXP
  • 0.5 % of monthly invoiced projects with more than $7,500,000 MXP
