We partner with a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, department stores and fashion brands to integrate our technology with theirs and fulfill the order end-to-end with independent workers who pick, pack and deliver from the retailers asset (store, warehouse, dark stores etc) to the final customer. In addition, we can modularize our tech given the retailers needs. We are obsessed with helping brands and retailers improve their eCommerce direct channels experience, reduce costs and improve EBITDA.We have achieved aggressive growth in 4 years operating in 6 countries: Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Costa Rica and completing over 10 million jobs in our platform. Today we serve 80+ customers, have thousand of gig workers engaged in our platform and operate in thousand of stores.We're looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building new and different projects. Our founders are Harvard Business School graduates with deep consumer expertise at Walmart and P&G across Latin America, India, China and Africa.**What You Will Do**- Work with business lead to come up with a strategy for customer growth, acquisition, and retention;- Assist with product launches and sales structuring for the strategy to identify market needs and customer personas in different industries;- Build and manage a product roadmap rhythm working collaboratively with product development, marketing and business planning- Create and manage messaging & positioning core assets Create content, marketing collateral and assets that are relevant for the audience- Drive an editorial calendar for the brand working collaboratively with other marketers- You'll be responsible for designing and delivering campaigns that resonate with our potential customer base- You'll map out the personas of our different stakeholders,- Own and develop the positioning, value propositions, and messaging that drive adoption of Zubale new and existing solutions- Work with cross-functional teams, including business development, developer relations, and product, to distill key functionality and benefits into product marketing content and messaging 1- Develop content and marketing collateral for sales enablement (FAQs, cheat sheets, presentations), website content, marketing campaigns, and initiatives- Conduct competitive and market research for our product segments and industry verticals, informing product messaging based on business' key goals and challenges- Support the strategy for Zubale's participation in Blockchain, Crypto, and Fintech industry events, supporting planning, execution, and inclusion of Stellar ecosystem partners- Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key B2B audiences- Perform market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the voice of the market internally with Business Development, Marketing, and Product Management- Identify trends, opportunities for testing, and measure results.
