En este puesto, ejecutará planes de servicio en cuentas estratégicas del distrito, brindará a los clientes asistencia para resolver problemas y generará altos níveles de satisfacción del cliente.**Lo que te ofrece el cargo**:- Se unirá a una compañía grande y en crecimiento que ofrece un salario base competitivo y excelentes beneficios- Disfrutará de un programa de capacitación pagado que te permite aprender de profesionales exitosos- Acceso a los mejores recursos, herramientas y tecnología en su área- Prospere en una empresa que valora una cultura de seguridad para incluir entrenamiento de seguridad de primer nível y equipo de protección personal**Lo que harás**:- Instalar, mantener y reparar aplicaciones de tratamiento de agus/ filtración de agua- Realizar servicios técnicos a equipos de tratamiento químico en las instalaciones de los clientes con el fin de garantizar la eficiencia y la operatividad de los equipos.- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y servicio de reparación a los equipos de la compañía para asegurar el cuidado y operación de los equipos.- Realizar el control químico de los productos de la compañía utilizados en las instalaciones de los clientes para garantizar que los productos se encuentren dentro de los rangos establecidos.- Detectar e informar fallas y / o problemas de productos cuando se encuentran fuera de los rangos establecidos, resolver problemas de manera eficiente y ofrecer alternativas rentables según sea necesario- Realizar revisión de existencias de los productos en las instalaciones del cliente con el fin de suministrarlos dentro del tiempo acordado.- Realizar inspecciones de equipos para monitorear las condiciones y la calidad de la operación, emitiendo los informes correspondientes- Documentar y comunicar los servicios entregados al cliente, proporcionando claridad y valor.**Detalles de la posición**:- Horario y turnos: Rol de turnos de: esquema detrabajode7am a7pm4x12 diadescansorolado- Paquete de compensación: Prestaciones de ley + superiores**Requisitos Minimos**:- Grado de Bachillerato, Técnico, Carrera trunca o afin.- Saber manejar auto estandard- ECOLAB- Un equipo motivado, crecemos superando desafíos profesionales, para dar lo mejor a nuestros clientes**Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion**Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
