Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:**This position reports to**:Customer Support Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Supports at the dedicated area a proper implementation and communication of the sales processes, e.g. Lead to opportunities to quotations conversion process, demand side forecasting process.- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.- Assists the Sales teams in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.- Performs lost opportunities analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.- Representative of Lead Business/LSO for all tools related topics (e.g. upgrades, new tools) in the area.- Responsible for the sales tool deployment (e.g. SFDC, Apttus).- Supports the development and use of the opportunity tracking tools and collect the business requirements (e.g. from Sales users) to enhance the sales processes and improve market intelligence.- Acts as key player in the business reference teams, by suggesting improvements to the tools based on own evaluations to achieve simplification and to increase users’ acceptance.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Electric and Mechatronic Engineering- 2 years of experience in Purchase order, order management, fulfillment- knowledge of SAP- Salesforce- English Advanced**More about us**:
