The Operations Supervisor is responsible for understanding contact center metrics and implementation of strategic goals and processes.Key Responsibilities:- Create high performance environment for team members- Manage relationship between various operational and support departments- Maintain productive working partnerships with various departments- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of educational deliverables Develop/Execute strategic action plans designed for specialists- Participate in strategic development/succession planning meetings- Handle stretch assignments designed to increase business acumen- Have clear understanding of roles in supporting departments- Have the leadership capacity to lead larger customer contact center teams- Serve as mentor leader to new leaders within respective business unitSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has supervisory duties.Education and Experience- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)- 3 or more years of experience (preferred)- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Certifications, Licenses and Registrations- Property & Casualty License (preferred)Functional Skills:- Advanced organization and management skills- Advanced negotiation and interpersonal skills- Advanced analytical skillsAdvanced experience using Microsoft products- Advanced presentation development and delivery skills including hosting visitors- Insurance industry knowledge a plus- Advanced coaching and development skills- Ability to manage a minimum of 15 employeesIntegon, a Great Place to Work, provides innovative technology and customer support services to major personal lines insurance providers, including Fortune 100 companies rated A+ (Superior), by A.M.
