The role manages the account operations for specific accounts, including the appropriate execution of product and service contract provisions. The Sales Operations I acts as a focal point and monitors customer problems to ensure that they are handled as efficiently and effectively as possible.What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):- Performs maintenance of assigned accounts, processes Purchase Orders, order entry, order tracking, image set up and coordination of returns. Ensures all paperwork is complete and accurate.- Reviews customer requests and determines product availability. Suggests solutions to customer requests and communicates discontinued products and available substitutions.- Works with other departments and vendors to ensure a smooth flow of products and services to the customer.- Offers cross-sell/upsell opportunities to clients when opportunities are available- Works with internal teams to oversee continuous movement of order processing up to fulfillment status.- Communicates pertinent activities to the Account Executive for orders and open issues.- Assists with providing Standard Reporting upon request utilizing Client Portal and Micro strategyWho You Are (Qualifications):- Level of Formal Education: Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience- Area of Study: Technical or Business oriented field- Type of Experience: Related product support experience; industry experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations, business analyst role, process improvement, and/or program/project management, preferably at a high-tech or software company- Language Skills: Advance English- Technical Competencies: Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software required. Excellent administrative, organizational and communication skills.
