**Job Title**: Sales Operations Specialist**Location**: Remote (LATAM Region Preferred)**Compensation**: $800-$1200/monthly**Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:**Daily & Weekly Operations**:- ** CRM Management**: Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of customer relationship management (CRM) tools by regularly updating sales data and records.- ** Sales Reporting**: Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track team performance and KPIs.- ** Pipeline Management**: Monitor sales pipeline activities and ensure deals are progressing through the stages efficiently.- ** Team Support**: Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including creating proposals, managing contracts, and tracking customer deliverables.- ** Lead Assignment**: Distribute leads to the appropriate sales team members and track follow-ups.**Process Optimization**:- ** Workflow Improvement**: Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.- ** Tool Implementation**: Assist in the selection, implementation, and management of sales tools and technologies.- ** Sales Training Support**: Collaborate with the sales enablement team to onboard new hires and support ongoing training initiatives.**Communication & Collaboration**:- ** Stakeholder Liaison**: Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on objectives and processes.- ** Client Support**: Address customer inquiries or escalate issues to the appropriate team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.- ** Documentation**: Maintain and update sales process documentation, templates, and best practices for the team.**Monthly & Ad-Hoc Responsibilities**:- ** Forecasting Support**: Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data and market trends.- ** Special Projects**: Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc sales operations projects to enhance team performance and company growth.- ** Data Analysis**: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.**Qualifications**:**Required**:- Fluency in English language.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.- Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.**Preferred**:- Experience in a startup or fast-paced business environment.- Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting processes.- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).**What We Offer**:- Competitive compensation and flexibility in a remote work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive team culture.- Involvement in innovative projects and strategic initiatives.
