Write the next chapter of your ABB story.**:null**This position reports to**:Procurement & Logistics Specialist**Your role and responsibilities**:- In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization and customers during the sales process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.- The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid- This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement and Analytics in Mexico. Main stakeholders are in ABB USA.- You will be mainly accountable for:- Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries. Reviewing the quality of the sales process and be a liaison between Customer Service Representatives, Customers, Factories and Sales Channel Partners.- Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).- Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.- Our team dynamics- You will join a dynamic and diverse team, where you will be able to thrive.**Qualifications for the role**:- You are at ease communicating in English (in a fluent level)- You have 1-2 years of experience in positions related to customer service and/or purchasing.- Ability to demonstrate your knowledge in Purchase Orders is valuable.- Possess a knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus.- Bachelor’s Degree completed is needed.- You hold current american visa and passport is desirable.**Benefits**:- Paid Parental leave (gender neutral)- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Accident insurance- Wellbeing program**More about us**:
