To supervise the HR department and its activities by reviewing their performance, employee feedback, etc. in order to achieve employee satisfaction, support business to achieve goals and to promote a better work environment.**Requirements**:Bilingual (Spanish/English).- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Master´s degree (desirable).- At least +6 years of experience in Human Resources.- Experience leading innovation projects and process automation.- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Knowledge in TRESS System.**Responsibilities and functions.**- 1. Human Resource planning is a continuous, data-driven process to make sure that the organization has the right people in the right place at the right time to achieve its strategic goals.- 2. Ensure Performance Management is deployed consistently and standardized within the Organization and fostering deep conversations during calibration sessions to challenge performance rates.- 3. Enabling employees to develop the skills they need for the future, bridging the gap between the workforce today and the workforce needed in the near future.- 4. Maintaining and cultivating relationships within the ambassadors and the Company.- 5. To be a credible activist for the employees by Being a People Advocate.- 6. Creating and implementing health and safety regulations.- 7. Become a Legal Representative for authorities related to HR topics and ensure compliance to legal requirements- 8. Supporting employees so that they can do their best work, involving and promoting proactively mental, physical, and financial well-being.- 9. The final function of HR is its administrative responsibility.
