Labor and Associate Experience, CALA. As a member of the Continent CALA Human Resources organization, he/she is responsible for supporting the Mexico Regional office and Continent Offices in all HR functions including compensation and benefits, work environment, talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding, associate engagement, reporting, compliance and communications. Additionally, he/she will focus on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of associates and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures.**CANDIDATE PROFILE****Education and Experience**- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline; 4 years’ experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**- Acts as main point of contact and provides direction to Senior Leadership in the Continent office for Human Resources related topics including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, engagement, etc- Provides HR suppert for associates in the continent office gathering their ideas and feedback to continuously provide the best support from the Human Resources team.- Manages and assists with planning and executing in-house or off-site associate engagement activities, events, initiatives, and meetings.- Manages and assists in the Talent Acquisition and hiring process, such as posting requisitions; screening, interviewing; offers; and onboarding.- Manages and assists in Compensation and Benefits, such as preparing payroll, maintain the records updated and generate necessary reports and official documentation, manage local benefits, suggest market trends and other related duties.- Coordinates and facilitates new hire onboarding and orientation- Manages and assists with tracking compliance and follow-up associated with the annual performance management cycle for above-property compliance.- Prepares HR above property associate communication and newsletters- Responsible for HR filing systems being maintained. Checks employee files contain required employment paperwork, proper performance management and compensation documentation, are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time.- Prepares reports and consolidates associate rosters- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.- Researches questions and problems regarding departmental or administrative policies, procedures, information or services, including questions, which are complex in nature.
