Binance is the leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider whose suite of financial products includes the world’s largest digital-asset exchange.Our mission is to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money.If you’re looking for a fast-paced, mission-driven organization where opportunities to learn and excel are endless, then Binance is the place for you.**Responsibilities**:- Investigate customer activities to detect money laundering and other potential risks.- Assess customer profiles and behavior to determine if further investigation is required.- Conduct investigations into on-chain and off-chain transaction monitoring alerts.- Perform transaction screening using blockchain analytics tools such as Elliptic, Chainalysis, TRM, etc.- Monitor and document any unusual activity or potential AML flags.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with various departments (legal, customer service, operations, and marketing) to ensure operational synergy.- Perform general administration and ancillary activities as required, related to the above functions according to the Company's business requirements.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.- 2+ years of experience in AML/CTF transaction monitoring, preferably in a financial institution or cryptocurrency company.- Basic experience with blockchain monitoring/analytics tools such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM, etc.- Good proficiency in conducting risk assessments, periodic/trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence.- Analytical problem solver with extensive experience in compliance functions.- Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Self-starter: take initiative, be dedicated, and be creative to achieve your goals.
