Grow with us as **Finance Professional** -** **Finance** in **Kellogg** Your responsibility will be to execute activities of the assigned Brand Building Local Front processes, such as accounting recording, follow up and analysis of the Advertising and Promotion Investment for the Sub region, assuring the delivery of the Brand Building Monthly Cycle (Month End Close) and of the Quarterly deliverables for Corporate Accounting Compliance (SOX 404, MRL, MAF, Strategic Outlooks).**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**In your role as Finance Professional, you will be part of our success by:- Aligning and Communicating Monthly Calendar with Local Finance Business Partner to guarantee the timely and accurate deliverable of Month End Close.- Registering in the Budget Invoice Control Tool, the requests made by users of the Local Marketing and Regional Brand Building such as GRs, Reclassifications and Accruals with the proper validation controls to comply with Corporate Policy.- Providing Visibility of the Invoice Report to the Local Marketing and Finance users on a weekly cadency throughout the month to monitor Actuals vs Budget and to confirm the Advertising and Promotion Monthly investment by Brand.- Performing the SAP Close every month with the final number confirmed by Local Finance and provide visibility to all the areas involved in Pnl Monthly Release.- ION (Internal Order Number) Creation and control in SAP on a yearly basis and as the Business requires it.- Loading and validating the Last Strategic (Budget, 3+9, 6+6 and 9+3) Budget to Anaplan Tool with the Approval of Local Finance Business Partner- Monthly Reconciliation of the Items remaining in the Balance Sheet on a high level and detailed basis- Supporting on backup activities across the team.- Providing KPIs and operational indicators, understanding root causes.- Identifying simplification, standardization and automatization opportunities on the daily activities and processes.- Identifying and communicate process issues and opportunities to the supervisor/ team leader.- Listening and communicating effectively within the team and all other areas involved, building a win-win networking relationship**WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?**As well as a hunger to learn and succeed Finance, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:Required:- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting/Business-Related and 1 - 3 years of experience- Capable of maintaining English Business conversations (Intermediate to advanced level)- Strong analytical and communication skills and be detail oriented- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.- Strong teamwork skills.**WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?**- Extended working hours may sometimes be required.- Kellogg Company does not require any payment during the Recruiting process.Kellogg Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer who strives to provide an inclusive work environment that involves everyone and embraces the diverse talent of its people.
