**Missions et responsabilités**Sustanability is the core of what we do, this is one of journeys that we are living day by day, with the aim of reduce the enviromental impact of our activities.Leading, coordinating, and guiding all the areas teams to improve their process to reduce the environmental impact and to choose sustainable alternatives for every innovative initiative they develop for products, packaging, or machinery improvement according to the internal and external customer needs and mainly, to reduce the products hydric and carbon footprints.***Main responsibilities**:As a V.I.E and as part of the Sustainability Team, you will have to:- Identify opportunity areas for energy, CO2 emissions, water, and waste savings,- Identify opportunities to reduce packaging and the virgin raw materials consumption,- Coordinate the sustainability roadmap and the biodiversity plan,- Manage the customers sustainable questionaries,- Implement continuous improvement projects, as a leader or participant for the reduction in water consumption, energy reduction, reduction of waste generation and environmental aspects,- Collect data for the life cycle analysis,- Give support to actions linked to ISO 14001 if necessary.This is a 12-month contract, extendable once.**Profil recherché**- Master’s degree in Environment Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical engineering with focus on sustainability & renewable energies,- Prior experience in project management, sustainable development or environmental research,- Experience in Lean manufacturing and WCM methodology,- Hands-on mentality,- Process and cost analysis,- Open-minded and flexible,- Problem-solving oriented,- Leadership, working under pressurea and design thinking,- Excellent communication skills in English and level B1-B2 in SpanishIf you are passionate about sustainability and renewable energies in a challenging manufacturing environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you**Qui sommes-nous ?**Embedded in the solid foundation of the Saint-Gobain Group, and with its experience in fiberglass manufacturing, Vetrotex works in partnership with our customers, continuously investing in research and development for improved technologies and product solutions.Our aim is to serve our customers anywhere in the world with our global presence while focusing on local service.
