**Job Description** About the Role**As a **NCG Specialist** for the South USA & PR and MX-CO-EC Sales Markets, in the Expansion function, you will support, develop, and advise on all NCG activities. Set goals and targets and follow-up on them. The Sales Market NCG Specialist will drive strong cooperation with team members and stakeholders, both locally and centrally.This hybrid role reports into our Sales Market Construction and Facilities Manager MX-CO-EC and is based out of Mexico City, MX, with a dotted line into the Sales Market C&F Manager USA South.**A Day in the Life**Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*- Secure a cost-efficient on time delivery of NCG in the right quantity and in a sustainable way for the region- Continuously, by staying up to date on technology development and industry standards, propose investments and/or actions to improve our logistic efficiency- Develop supporting documentation to assist your markets in reaching set goals- Lead, coordinate and oversee the purchasing, ordering, fabrication, delivery and inventory of all interior items- Ensures that relevant information is provided and received to and from all parties involved in the project on time and in a structured way- Educate your market teams on NCG management and advise them in projects and procurement- Work closely with Expansion, Visual dept., Accounting dept. and Project Coordinators (Operational Purchase Team) to secure routines for handling extra orders, missing material, delayed shipments and claims- Set Sales Market goals and targets in regard to NCG and drive these together within your market- Provides monthly cost follow-up for NCG to relevant stakeholders- Responsible for managing existing store inventories to prevent loss- Investigate possibilities and implement solutions of economies of scale for logístical solutions such as transports and warehousing- Secures processes and procedures for NCG products to be reused between existing stores and between countries within Region Americas- May perform other activities related to the position- Required domestic and international travel up to 20% of time** Additional Accountabilities**:- Responsible for having the budget overview for up to 200-250 stores for NCG- Create conditions to enable performance of teams and individuals- Strengthen teamwork and foster cross functional collaboration**Qualifications** Who You Are**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience- 3+ years of relevant experience within NCG or Logistics- Retail Construction and/or Facility Management background highly desired- Experience setting and implementing NCG Strategies- Strong knowledge of building materials and interior- Previous experience in Project Management- Knowledge in MS Office, more specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams- Autonomous and handle problems with creativity while maintaining a good balance between long and short-term planning- Strong communication skills, both in giving and receiving feedback to people but also regarding products and routines- Enjoy teamwork and effectively collaborates with a group of diverse people in order to achieve set goals and targets- Inclusive, positive, open to feedback, willing to multitask and learn on the job**Why You’ll Love Working at H&M**- We value diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, and disability- We pride ourselves on being a values-driven organization, guided by our 7 unique values that have been part of our success story for over 75 years- You’ll have access to our Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) to find community and networking opportunities among colleagues- We are an inclusive company where you’re encouraged to be yourself at work- You will have access to a large global talent community, where career growth and aspirations have no limits- We believe in supporting your overall wellbeing and offer comprehensive benefits- You’ll be able to express your personal style with our employee discount at H&M, & Other Stories, and COS- This job posting highlights the most critical responsibilities and requirements of the job and is not all-inclusive.
