Description Key Responsibilities : Provide strategic direction and vision for the Energy & Utilities division, aligning with the company's overall objectives and growth plans. Oversee the efficient and effective operation of Power Plants and Oil & Gas facilities, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence, identify new opportunities, and cultivate strategic partnerships within the Energy sector. Develop and execute robust financial strategies, managing P&L responsibilities to achieve profitability targets and sustainable growth. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, regulatory bodies, investors, and industry partners. Stay abreast of market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the Energy & Utilities landscape, adapting strategies accordingly. Champion sustainability practices, promoting environmentally responsible operations and the integration of renewable energy solutions where applicable. Uphold the company's values of integrity, transparency, and operational excellence in all endeavors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 25 years of executive leadership experience in the Energy & Utilities sector, with a focus on Power Plants and / or Oil & Gas operations. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale P&L responsibilities, driving financial performance and operational efficiency. In-depth knowledge of Energy industry dynamics, regulations, market trends, and emerging technologies. Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, capitalize on market opportunities, and mitigate risks. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire teams, foster innovation, and drive results. Demonstrated commitment to sustainability practices and the advancement of clean energy solutions. Any nationality welcomed; proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
