At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**Metrics & Modeling - Senior Analyst****Main Purpose**The Metrics & Modeling - Senior Analyst will help quantify/measure economic benefits from the data projects related to commercial endeavors led or supported by the Global Data Function. This person will work on frameworks/methodologies for data-related projects, initiatives, and products, as well as preparing data for future ROI models.The purpose of this role is to provide strategic tools/practices to drive organization effectiveness with a commercial lense. This role has as objectives to create value frameworks, data quality product, and data product KPIs that support future project costing models, business case development, and measurement of business impact during/after implementations. This person will be a nexus between the metrics and the modeling team as KPIs preparation for future ROI and monetization consumption will be a focus.Aside from working on the frameworks/templates/methodologies where needed, this role will leverage Global Business Resources to support in building out respective dashboards/reporting mechanisms, while ensuring as much automation as possible**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- _Be part of a team that develops strategic frameworks, methodologies and templates to guide improved decision making in the design, development deployment of the Global Data Function’s portfolio of offerings to the business (e.g. project or test & learn prioritization, ROI visibility)_- _ Collaborate with a team of Global Business Services (GBS) resources to populate/implement the tools and/or needed dashboards (e.g. Enterprise Data Governance Tool)_- _ Help set business affordability goals, related strategies, improving relevant processes, and tracking/analyzing the competitive positions to ensure the Global Data Function is cost-competitive and relevant_- _ Partner with Enterprise Data Governance Program Management & Activation to design/build data domain baselines, heatmaps, performance methodologies/metrics and more_- _ Coordinate cross-section data strategy discussions, and advise on KPIs and ROI Data_- _ Work on frameworks such as Decision Frameworks, Value Frameworks, Business Case Templates for complex and sophisticated data projects_Qualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**- _Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience_- _ Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related field, Masters a plus_- _ Experience with project management costing methodologies, business case development and financial modeling_- _ Skills in building investment cases and quantifying the build/run/scale costs & benefits_- _ Data Management expertise, including ability to handle highly sensitive data and follow protocols. _- _CPG goods industry experience, or related preferably with a Commercial or Media & Marketing lens_If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
