Ensure alignment with import and export standards to achieve mínimal risk and cost to the corporation.**JOB DUTIES:- Supervise the integrity of the information transferred from TRADEFLOW, SAP, to INTRADE- Supervise that the master data loaded in INTRADE are in accordance with SAP, TRADEFLOW- Supervise the monthly reconciliation of raw material inventory in INTRADE vs SAP- Supervise that the monthly information of GLOSA is in accordance with INTRADE- Supervise that the inventory records of Machinery and Equipment are in accordance with those of Finance.- Advanced use of VUCEM portal- Update and maintain validity of MX/US certifications (CIVA, OEA, C-TPAT)- Attend all internal / external audits that apply- Actively participates in the 6S Program, which is a critical business objective, ensuring compliance with the program regulations and carrying out the activities that are required as Auditor, Coordinator, Leader or member of the committee.- Actively participates in the Safety and Environmental Systems, ensuring compliance with the system requirements and carrying out the activities in which it is involved.- Performs work assignment in a safe, efficient, and ethical manner.- Develops other activities assigned by management to support business operations.- Conducted according to the guidelines of the quality policy.
