**Tasks and responsibilities**- Implementation of Entrepreneurial Operating System- EOS- Lead and manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing,maintenance, budgeting, and owner and resident relations.- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of property management support staff.- Develop and maintain positive relationships with owners, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.- Analyze market trends, financial performance, and key performance indicators(KPIs) to identify opportunities for expansion and revenue optimization.- Collaborate with senior management to set ambitious growth targets and develop action plans to achieve them.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team members to think creatively and proactively seek out opportunities for growth and optimization.- Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of operational processes and procedures, implementing changes as necessary to drive efficiency and scalability.**Qualifications**:- Excellent oral and written communication in English.- Bachelor's degree preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business leadership, with a proven track record of success.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in a variety of software systems to be used to track and analyze performance and profitability.**Requirements**:- Reside in Mexico- Laptop or desktop computer you’d use to work, ensuring that it has a working camera.- Your device must have at least 8GB of RAM and run on an Intel Core i3 processor (4th generation) or higher.
