We value and share a range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.**Job Description** The Opportunity**:Mattel is currently seeking an **Associate Sales Analyst**; this role will be a member of a dynamic team and be responsible of having key communication with different teams.**What Your Impact Will Be***- Analysis and processing of data related to demand, inventory and consumption peaks.- Use software tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to manage and process information efficiently.- Accurate demand forecasts using statistical techniques and trend analysis.- Collaboration with internal and external teams to incorporate relevant information within exercises; promotions, special events and changes in market trends.- Active engagement with business partners to execute POS plans, anticipation and proactivity- Coordination with counterparts to align objectives and ensure effective planning.- Monitor inventory levels and product rotation to identify opportunities for improvement and minimize overages and shortages.- Propose and execute initiatives to optimize CPFR processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen collaboration between trading partners- Assign and track purchase orders with Sales Admin and Logistics (no specific software required) 7.**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**:- Advanced Excel Level- Ability to work with numerical data and perform complex mathematical calculations accurately.- Identify trends and make accurate forecasts.- Analytical Thinking- Problem Solving Ability.- Project Management: Ability to plan, organize and execute projects- Effective Communication- Detail Orientation- Adaptability and Flexibility**Additional Information** What It’s Like To Work Here**:We are a purpose driven company aiming to empower the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential.
