**JM PMS America** is seeking a highly organized and dynamic _**HR and Administrative Manager**_ to play a crucial role in our business expansion in Monterrey, Mexico.**Responsibilities**:1. Develop and implement human resources and administrative management systems for the Mexico branch according to local laws and company requirements.2. Actively support our executive team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling essential communications.3. Build and establish functional and management teams for the Mexico branch.4. Recruit and supplement the sales and customer service teams in Mexico.5. Manage daily human resources activities, including attendance, on-site management, payroll calculation, employee relations and benefits administration.6. Complete organizational development, training arrangements, and external affairs management tasks as required by the headquarters.7. Oversee local administrative affairs, including office environment maintenance and procurement of supplies.8. Maintain effective relationships with local governmental departments, including commerce and human resources.10. Prepare and submit regular work and data reports.11. Handle emergencies and participate in temporary tasks as required.**Qualifications**:1. Bachelor's degree or higher, any major (preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields).2. At least 6 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mexico.3. Familiar with local HR and administrative policies and procedures in Mexico.4. Experience in legal procedures with the Secretary of Labor.4. Language skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish, Chinese is a plus5. Background on electrical or mechanical engineering related field is preferred.6. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.7.
