Join us**What You’ll Do**:- **Lead & Inspire**: Manage and mentor a team of sales reps and appointment setters, empowering them to exceed targets and fuel business growth.- **Create a Winning Culture**: Foster a dynamic, innovative, and motivating environment where success thrives and team morale remains high.- **Drive Performance**: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase conversion rates, boost sales, and maximize revenue.- **Empower & Elevate**: Offer coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance your team’s skills, helping them achieve their full potential.- **Analyze & Optimize**: Oversee the quality assurance process for sales reps, ensuring adherence to high standards and consistent performance.- **Verify & Confirm Appointments**: Ensure all appointments are verified and confirmed accurately, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.- **Manage Appointment Dispatching**: Efficiently manage the scheduling and dispatching of appointments to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution.- **Engage with Customers** - Call potential leads to assist with rescheduling, rebooking, or completing their appointments.**What We Offer**:- **Competitive Compensation**: Base salary plus performance-driven incentives.- **Cutting-Edge Tools**: Access to the best technology and resources to help you succeed.**What You Bring to the Table**:- 1-3 years of Sales Management experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.- 1-2 years of sales experience in cold calling, with a background in solar panel companies (highly preferred).- A passion for coaching and leadership - you know how to motivate and inspire success.- Sharp decision-making skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you can engage, influence, and inspire at every level.- A strategic mindset with the ability to think big while executing the details.- Tech-savvy and results-driven - you leverage data and tools to make informed decisions.**Job Types**: Full-time, CommissionPay: $22,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
