The Project Manager in Marketinis responsible for planniexecuti- and overseeing markng projects to ensure they arempleted in a timely manner and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing resources, and ensuring all projects align with the company’s marketing strategies and goals. *Key Responsibilities:*- Develop and implement marketing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, digital, and sales departments.- Manage project budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget.- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, providing regular reports on progress, risks, and issues.- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with the brand guidelines and corporate standards.- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. *Qualifications:*- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Project Manager in marketing or a related role.- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. *Skills:*- Project planning and management- Budget management- Team coordination and leadership- Risk management and mitigation- Strong analytical and reporting skills- Proficiency in marketing software and tools- Excellent communication and negotiation skills *Benefits:*- Gross monthly salary of $35,000 pesos- Monday to Friday- Legal benefits- Chritmas Bonus 30 days Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $35,000.00 al mes Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
