**Payroll Analyst 2****Education**:- Minimum Requirements: 1. High school education, preferably a technical degree or a truncated degree, as long as you have at least 2 years of experience in the Payroll area. 2. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related degree, you may be a recent graduate, even if you have no experience. **. A Bachelor's degree and experience are preferred.**Experience**:- Minimum Requirements: 1) At least 1 year of education for a Bachelor's degree, a technical degree, or a truncated degree. 2) No experience is required if you have a Bachelor's degree. ** It is desirable to have as much experience as possible in the Payroll area.**Knowledge**:- Payroll system management: preferably Eslabón, but not essential for this system; it can be another system, as long as it is a Payroll system.- Good command of Excel.**Minimum Knowledge**:- 1) Basic knowledge of Social Security, Infonavit, Income Tax Law, Federal Labor Law. ** Greater knowledge is more desirable.**Skills/Competencies**:- Analytical skills, Responsible, results-oriented, initiative-driven, proactive, stable.**Responsibilities/Activities**:- Pre-payroll preparation- Review and reconciliation of hours and employees before payroll payment.- Support in Fonacot control- Support in alimony control- Support in check preparation- Preparation and control of payments to payroll providers- Review of employee incidents- Support in clarifying employee questions- Among other duties
