We are committed to excellence in customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.**Position Summary**:We are seeking a professional part-time Customer Feedback and Survey Agent to engage with clients approved for credit. This role involves collecting feedback on their experiences and facilitating survey participation, with incentives provided upon completion.**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct outbound calls to clients to gather insightful feedback- Facilitate survey completion and manage the distribution of gift cards- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback**Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 12 pm - 5 pm (CST)**Compensation**:- Monthly gross salary of $10,000 MXN, inclusive of $1,000 in food vouchers and $1,000 in restaurant vouchers- Legal benefits included**Qualifications**:- Exceptional communication skills- Prior experience in customer service is preferred- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and EnglishTipo de puesto: Medio tiempoSueldo: $10,000.00 al mesHoras previstas: 25 por semanaBeneficios:- Vales de despensa- Vales de restauranteTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 08/10/2024
