**QUALITY MANAGER****JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:1. Responsible for overall ISO systems establishment and implementation2. Responsible for QA/QC activities and standards3. Ensure that all procedures are conducted in accordance with the Quality/ ISO systems and enforcing QC/QA standards and ISO procedures to be applied.4. Trouble shooting and problem solving in cooperation with production.5. Ensure that all products shipped to the customers fulfils product specifications.6. Handle customer queries/ complaints and concessional release of product if required.7. Improve business performance, staff training, and thorough involvement in other business improvement projects.8. Familiar with Failure Analysis, FMEA and PPAP**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Material Science/ Science & Technology or equivalent.2. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in QA/QC functions.3. Sound knowledge in 7 QC Tools, 5W, CAPA, ISO 9000 QMS, ISO13485, EMS1400 EMS and IATF16949.4. Must be resourceful, self-motivated, customer focused, and able to lead the QA Department.5. Possesses strong leadership skill, good communication and interpersonal skills.6.
