**Role’s Mission****Key responsibilities**- Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research studies using a strategic and creative approach, adapting them to the specific business needs.- Analyze and synthesize data to identify trends, actionable insights, and improvement opportunities in various areas of the company.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, product, design) to translate research insights into concrete business decisions.- Produce engaging reports and presentations that inspire action.- Stay informed about consumer trends, new research tools, and innovative research methodologies.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Administration or a related field.- 2-5 years experience in user research, market research, or data analysis.- Working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative tools and methodologies (interviews, surveys, basic statistical analysis, etc.).- Ability to use data analysis and visualization tools.- Experience in fintech, startups, or technology companies is a plus, but not required**Technical skills**:- Intermediate/Advance Excel- AI Software- Power point presentations- Questionnaire Design**Soft skills**:- Teamwork- Social skills- Problem-solving- Customer service- Time management and organization- Proactive Support**Key Personal Traits**- Inquisitive and Analytical: You possess a natural curiosity and critical thinking skills, always seeking to understand the underlying reasons behind behaviors and choices.- Adaptable and Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adjust to shifting priorities with ease.- Collaborative and Empathetic: You enjoy teamwork and understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration, recognizing the needs of the business.- Organized and Flexible: While not overly rigid, you maintain a good level of organization and effectively manage projects and deliverables.- Strategic Storyteller: You have a knack for connecting and interpreting data, and can weave it into a compelling narrative.**Languages**- English (Advanced)
