Your scope includes the full financial engine of Cubbo: FP&A Treasury Accounting Tax Investor relations Risk You are expected to build the system and the team that makes it work . Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy Define and own Cubbo’s financial strategy across Mexico and Brazil. Translate business goals into financial plans, scenarios, and clear trade‑offs. Act as financial sparring partner to the leadership team. FP&A and Performance Own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning. Provide clear insights on growth, costs, and profitability. Anticipate risks and cash needs ahead of time. Cash, Treasury, and Control Own cash flow, working capital, AR, and AP. Manage banking relationships and payment terms. Ensure financial discipline without slowing execution. Accounting, Reporting, and Compliance Own monthly close, financial reporting, and revenue recognition. Ensure consistency across countries and entities. Lead tax strategy and regulatory compliance with external advisors. Capital and Investors Define capital structure and financing strategy. Lead fundraising and financing execution when required. Own investor communication and maintain an updated data room. Team and Systems Build and lead the finance team across MX and BR. Design scalable processes and financial operating models. Select and deploy tools that make the team faster and more reliable. Skills & Qualifications Strategic thinker with strong business judgment.
