At least 5 years of experience within the banking or financial services industry. At least 3 years of experience in non-financial risk management, compliance, legal, or regulatory change management. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in operational risk management, internal control, technology risk, internal audit or regulatory risk 2+ years experience in process mapping, identifying risks & controls and issue management. 2+ years risk management experience for a US based or international Firm. Knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
