(Insert short summary of role - approximately 1 paragraph)**What are we looking for?**:- University Diploma/College Degree in Engineering, IT, Statistics, Operations, Business administration and/or logistics- 2 - 5 years' experience in applied data science role or equivalent; ideally in CPG/Retail- Experience querying databases (SQL)- Must have Experience working with JDA/ Blue Yonder- Strong Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI to deliver output to the broader business community to improve decision making and productivity- Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop ecosystem (Azure Data Lake), including in-memory solutions (Data Bricks and Apache Spark)- Excellent communication skills and ability to present concepts to non-technical audience- Good to have - Knowledge and experience in modelling techniques and advanced applied skills (e.g. significance testing, GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining,.) using tools like Spark, R, Python.**What will be your key responsibilities?**:- Create and implement critical demand planning business process in place. Deploy the way of working with demand planning. Support on demand planners’ inquiries.- Guarantee the correct operation of the BlueYonder/Orion demand processes in every site for the Pet Nutrition Mexico.- Facilitate training and certification for Key users and end users in BlueYonder/Orion and SAP, following the best practices and assuring top level support to issues, fails and incidences within the system.- Provide support for validation, testing and approval changes in BlueYonder/Orion template configuration for demand planning and SAP functionality, as well as any local improvement proposal.- Keep update on Sell In data reports and dashboards for Demand KPI´s- Lead the continuous improvement on demand planning process and deploy as systemic actions or way of working to the demand PN working team.- Advocate and educate on the value of data driven decision making focusing on the “how and why” of solving problems.- Identify opportunity areas in processes, aligned with internal business partners; driving initiatives, projects and implementing savings strategies and/or operation efficiency to achieve Business objectives of the Company- Keep update the demand groups process on JDA/Orion and SAP system.- Update the partner functions on the standard weekly demand phasing plan working within Blue Yonder.- Communicate product related incidents with impact to the business.- Implement changes, new process or new products that requires a Demand Planning change or impact directly on the demand planning process.- Own and deliver all approved projects for specific area; create the business Requirement Document (BRD) to make the detailed plan and find the approval with Mars Information Services, Make the budget plan alongside with LM.**What can you expect from Mars?**:- Work with over 130,000 diversed and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.- Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.- Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.- An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.
