Ability to simplify complex ideas in a more comprehensive way- Capability to deliver excellent consulting to business leaders and a passion for supporting and enabling the organization's people objectives- Proven experience in drafting and articulating communications, policies, processes and reports- Analytical and conceptual skills coupled with a hands-on mentality and a proactive can-do attitude- HR ERP experience.
