**Position Overview | Fully Remote**:We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for **proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities** through outbound outreach efforts. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you will play a critical role in generating interest and setting the foundation for future sales success.**Key Responsibilities**:- Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.- Craft personalized outreach strategies to initiate conversations with potential clients.- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company criteria and set up meetings or demos for the sales team.- Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospect interactions and activities within the CRM system.- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outbound activity, qualified leads, and meetings booked.- Provide feedback from prospects and market insights to help refine sales and marketing strategies.**Qualifications**:- 4+ years of outbound sales, lead generation, or business development experience (SaaS, tech, or B2B experience is a plus).- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo).- Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.- Resilient and adaptable; able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.**Key Skills**:- Outbound Prospecting- Lead Qualification- CRM Management- Sales Messaging and Personalization- Pipeline Management- Strong Listening and Questioning Skills- Time Management and Prioritization
