Estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Cloud e Infraestructura con experiência en AWS, administración de sistemas Linux/Windows y soporte de infraestructura en la nube para unirse a nuestro equipo en crecimiento.**Responsabilidades**:- Monitorear, gestionar y brindar soporte a la infraestructura basada en AWS y entornos híbridos (local/nube).- Realizar tareas de administración de sistemas en servidores Linux y Windows: actualizaciones, respaldos, optimización del rendimiento y fortalecimiento de la seguridad.- Servir como punto de escalación de Nível 2/Nível 3 para problemas de infraestructura de clientes, asegurando resolución y comunicación oportuna.- Automatizar tareas repetitivas mediante scripting (por ejemplo: Bash, PowerShell, Python) y herramientas de IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).- Apoyar la incorporación de clientes, evaluaciones de infraestructura y migraciones a la nube.**Requisitos Técnicos**:- Más de 3 años de experiência práctica en administración de sistemas y/o soporte de infraestructura en la nube.- Experiência sólida gestionando servicios en AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.).- Conocimiento sólido en administración de Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) y Windows Server.- Familiaridad con DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, sistemas de archivos, certificados SSL y balanceadores de carga.- Experiência con automatización y scripting (por ejemplo: Bash, PowerShell, Python).- Conocimientos de redes: IP, VPN, NAT, enrutamiento y cortafuegos.- Experiência con herramientas de monitoreo como Zabbix, Prometheus, Datadog o ELK stack.- Comodidad trabajando con sistemas de tickets y entornos MSP (por ejemplo: ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Jira).**Deseable**:- Certificación AWS (Arquitecto de Soluciones, Administrador SysOps o Ingeniero DevOps).- Experiência con Infraestructura como Código (Terraform, CloudFormation).- Conocimiento de prácticas ITIL y procesos de gestión de cambios.**BENEFICIOS**:- Esquema 100% nómina con prestaciones de ley.- Bono de aprendizaje.- Apoyo Home Office.- Oportunidad de certificarte como Engineering Warrior Towa.- Beneficio vacaciones Towa.
