Purpose:The role requires supports the coordination of a budget control, closure analysis, monthly forecasting and Annual Operating Plan. Support in analysis of risks and opportunities. Provide visibility to leadership team. Align with cost tracking (all level by store). Coordinate standardization and continuous improvement of processes & models across region to create efficiencies. Help ensure relevant KPIs and service level agreements by supporting teams through customer service mindset.Key Results:- Manage the development of all weekly and monthly financial close, budget, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation and communicating to the operations partners- Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability- Verify all the registers is recorded in the correct P&L line item (Revenue/Dilution/SG&A/ CAPEX) by brand (LEVIS & DOCKERS) by sub-channel including ECOMM, by storeKey Responsibilities:- Expertise collecting and analyzing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to lead business improvement, sales increase, gross margin tracking and cost reductions- Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely- Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then assisting the Finance Controlling area to improve and create new measures for business productivityLOCATIONMexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
