Bring your unique skills to help us keep our games at top-notch quality.**What You Will Do**:- Implement and uphold proper procedures and quality standards for assigned projects.- Develop comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases based on client specifications and generate detailed reports.- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and assess usability through a centralized project database.- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the testing process.- Lead, mentor, and manage test team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.- Oversee the implementation and execution of test plans and test cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.- Assist in the setup and teardown of test environments, facilitating smooth testing operations.- Drive the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of test data and documentation processes.- Contribute to the recruitment and training of new testing staff, leveraging your expertise to cultivate talent within the team.- Identify and report risks, actively participating in problem-solving and solution development.- Coach junior staff, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their testing capabilities and decision-making skills.**To Be Successful You Will Have**:- 2-3 years of testing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.- Bachelor's degree in technology or related field preferred.- Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).- Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.- Passion for video games and a solid understanding of the gaming market.- Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail.- Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and software testing standards.- Demonstrated experience in writing detailed test plans, executing test strategies, and conducting exploratory testing.- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile context.- Working knowledge of Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence is preferred.**In Return You Can Expect**:- Competitive pay based on the work you’ll do here and not your previous salary- Health Coverage for you and your family: Health, Vision, Dental; as well as HSA eligible programs- 401k with company match- Free access to Lionbridge’s Employee Wellness Platform and Employee Assistance Program to support both physical and mental health- Earn extra money in your HSA for completing Wellness Incentive goals through employer contributions- Career guidance with learning and development opportunities along the way, backed by Lionbridge’s Internal Mobility and Referral Bonus programs**About Us**:Lionbridge Games delivers the gaming experience you envision to any global audience.
