Bring your unique skills to help us keep our games at top-notch quality.**What You Will Do**:- Ensuring the quality of assigned projects.- Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases based on client specifications and prepare reports.- Analyze test results, bugs, and usability.- Creation, updating, and maintenance of all project testing documentation, such as test plans, test cases, and progress reports to ensure effective testing coverage throughout the project.- Serving as the primary point of contact with customers at the project level.- Manage, lead and mentor test team members.- Assist in test environment setup and teardown.- Oversee the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation.- Maintaining the project bug database and ensuring the quality of bug reports.- Assist in coaching junior staff by helping them to make decisions and solve problems and providing feedback on testing-related tasks.- May manage less experienced test leads.**To Be Successful You Will Have**:- 2-3 years of leading large test teams or similar management position.- 5+ years of experience in game testing.- Preferred higher education in technology.- Experience in dealing with game studios preferred.- A professional level of proficiency in the English language.- Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment.- Passion for video games and knowledge of video game market.- Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good work organization.- Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, software testing standards, strategies, and the software development cycle.- Demonstrated capability in writing detailed area test plan documents, executing test strategies, and performing exploratory testing.- Experience testing in an Agile context.- Working knowledge of Atlassian tool suite e.g. JIRA, Confluence.**In Return You Can Expect**:- Competitive pay based on the work you’ll do here and not your previous salary- Health Coverage for you and your family: Health, Vision, Dental; as well as HSA eligible programs- 401k with company match- Free access to Lionbridge’s Employee Wellness Platform and Employee Assistance Program to support both physical and mental health- Earn extra money in your HSA for completing Wellness Incentive goals through employer contributions- Career guidance with learning and development opportunities along the way, backed by Lionbridge’s Internal Mobility and Referral Bonus programs**About Us**:Lionbridge Games delivers the gaming experience you envision to any global audience.
