Neo1 lets SMEs self-register and get started with new technology within daysWith Neo1’s continued growth and evolving distribution channels, we are seeking a Customer Acquisition Associate, that is super passionate about helping businesses streamline their employee spend management processes by employing a market first, efficient technology platform.As Customer Acquisition Associate your key objective will be driving businesses to sign up and activate their account digitally to ensure efficient value is seen from the use of our services for the customer. They will be responsible for driving online sign up, KYC compliance and early tenure activation for customers through digital, referral and partner channels. What You Will DoThis role will be responsible for nurturing and activating the prospect pipeline.Self-generated, digital and partner channel inbound leads will be efficiently progressed down the funnel towards activation.Crafting a sense of urgency to ‘close’ the customer activate their account.Platform demonstrations and product knowledge to answer questions in real time to ensure the contact has the relevant information to decide immediately.Provide outstanding customer experience and outcomes even when faced with obstacles. Able to think creatively and problem solve to adapt Neo1 to the business’s needs.Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) in adherence with regulatory standards.Crafting weekly tracking reports and dashboard on progress towards commercial objectives. What We’re Looking For1+ years of Sales experience. Experiences in Sales, Customer Success and B2B Technology Support are favorable skills however not required.Self-starter and outstanding organization and time management.Proficient English language written and communications skillsUniversity diploma or equivalent experience and/or >1 year work sales/customer success work experienceStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
