He or she will also oversee the sales team's performance, develop new products and solutions, and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's presence.**JOB**_DESCRIPTION_**:- Identify and prospect new potential clients through market research, participation in trade shows and industry events, and lead generation.- Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to build brand awareness and attract new customers.- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and develop strategies to gain market share.- Improve the efficiency of the sales process, including optimizing prospect follow-up, managing customer relationships, and developing compelling sales proposals.- Conduct market research to identify underserved or growth-potential market niches or segments.- Develop new products or packaging solutions that meet market needs and demands.- Implement marketing and promotional strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and recognition in the market.- Establish strategic alliances with other market players to expand the company's presence into new territories or market segments.- Maintain active and close communication with existing customers to understand their needs and expectations.- Provide excellent customer service by offering customized solutions and providing quality after-sales service.- Develop customer loyalty programs, such as special discounts, rewards programs, or exclusive benefits, to promote retention and repeat business.- Establish clear goals and objectives for the sales team, aligned with the company's business objectives.- Provide regular training and professional development to enhance the team's sales and negotiation skills.- Implement efficient systems for tracking and managing sales opportunities, as well as for analyzing and reporting team performance.- Foster open and effective communication within the sales team, encouraging collaboration and the exchange of ideas to improve team productivity and performance.**THE**_PROFILE_** WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:- Sales experience- More than 5 years of experience in management positions- Bachelor's and Master's degrees- advanced English
