Responsabilidades:
  • Planificar, ejecutar y cerrar proyectos de implementación de SAP S/4HANA, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, costos y calidad esperados.
  • Coordinar y supervisar el trabajo del equipo de proyecto, alineando los objetivos de negocio con las soluciones tecnológicas apropiadas.
  • Gestionar la comunicación efectiva entre todos los stakeholders involucrados, desde los equipos técnicos hasta la alta dirección.
  • Controlar el alcance del proyecto y gestionar de manera proactiva cualquier desvío que pueda surgir.
  • Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos relacionados con la implementación de SAP S/4HANA.
  • Facilitar sesiones de capacitación y conocimiento para los usuarios finales sobre el nuevo sistema.
  • Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el avance del proyecto y presentar resultados a los stakeholders.
Requisitos:
  • Título universitario en Ingenierías, Sistemas, Administración o campo relacionado.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en implementaciones de SAP S/4HANA.
  • Conocimiento profundo de los módulos de SAP S/4HANA y experiencia en procesos de negocio asociados.
  • Certificación en Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, o equivalente) es altamente deseable.
  • Habilidades demostradas en liderazgo, resolución de conflictos y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, tanto a nivel técnico como ejecutivo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y adaptarse a cambios de manera ágil.
  • Inglés avanzado es un plus.
